點焊、連接與絕緣｜Welding, Connections & Insulation

依選定電芯、串並聯配置與電流需求，評估連接片、點焊位置、絕緣隔離及固定方式。電芯排列、鎳片與線材須配合成品圖面確認，外觀排列不代表電氣串並聯。

Cell connections, weld locations, insulation and fixation are assessed against the selected cells, current profile and assembly drawing.

線材與接頭｜Wires & Connectors

確認線徑、線長、出線方向、接頭料號、極性與 Pin 定義；有溫度感測或識別線時，須提供完整接線資料。相似接頭外觀不代表腳位相同。

Confirm wire gauge, length, routing, connector part number, polarity and pinout, including temperature or identification connections where required.

包覆、保護元件與外殼｜Wrapping, Protection & Enclosures

依專案評估熱縮膜、絕緣固定、保護板／保險絲與外殼裝配。完成加工後，重新核對最大外尺寸、固定位置及接頭可操作空間。保護配置與測試項目依確認規格執行。

Wrapping, insulation, protection components and enclosure fit are assessed per project. Finished dimensions and access clearances require confirmation.

加工詢價資料｜Assembly Inquiry

請提供電芯或電池組規格、顆數與串並聯、排列圖、成品尺寸、線材接頭、必要的保護與測試要求，以及樣品／預估數量。材料、可承接工法、起訂量與交期依案件確認。

Send cell/pack specifications, configuration, layout, finished dimensions, wiring, protection and test requirements, plus sample and production quantities.
